Our containers transport car parts, batteries and electronics throughout Europe. What you develop, sell or design here is real – not software that disappears on a server somewhere. If you are standing at a junction and see a truck driving past, your work could be in it.

You know the industry, can explain technical solutions without floundering, and build real relationships – not ones that only last until the next contract renewal. German for sure, another European language an advantage.
Design & technical development
Technical draftsman / designer
You can read dimensional drawings like others read the daily newspaper, know what manufacturing tolerances according to DIN 2768-1 mean and think directly in production steps when designing. Experience with CAD software and plastics or metal processing is welcome.

Do I still have to be available after work?
No. After work is after work. No WhatsApp groups where people are still discussing customer projects at night. That’s not a marketing statement – it’s real practice.
How does an application work?
You send us an e-mail with your CV and two or three sentences about yourself. We’ll get back to you within two weeks – often sooner. If it’s a good fit, an interview will follow at our premises in Ochtrup. No assessment center, no group tasks. A decision is made within a week of the interview.
Can I come and have a look beforehand?
Sure. Call, make an appointment, see where you would work. No obligation, no application portfolio necessary. We’ll show you what we do and how we work.
Is there a home office?
That depends on the job. Outside sales works a lot at the customer’s site anyway. In construction, there is flexibility on a daily basis. We talk about it – honestly and without standard phrases.
I don't have a degree. Is it still worth applying?
Yes, what you can do and how you work counts for more than a certificate. We are particularly interested in your practical experience and technical understanding in construction and technical sales.
There are currently no vacancies. Is an unsolicited application any good?
Yes, we actively keep an eye on good applications. When a suitable position arises, we get in touch – often before we advertise publicly.
